For humans.

Our AI code of conduct · July 2026

At Kraft Node we value both human judgment and technology, including artificial intelligence. But our trades, building software and running the operational side of medical practices, are places where a wrong answer costs someone real money, or worse, their trust. We recognize that AI can very easily be used to replace the judgment that keeps that from happening. We don't want a future where prompting usurps understanding.

We also recognize AI for the tool it is. It helps us move faster, mine through large amounts of information, and take on the tedious tasks we always wished we could hand to a bot. We don't know how AI will shape the future, and it's changing rapidly. For right now, we've put boundaries around our use of it.

  • A person answers. Your calls, your emails, your patients' questions are handled by our team, not a bot wearing our name.
  • Nothing ships unreviewed. No line of code, no coded claim, no report leaves here without a human who understands it signing off.
  • Your data never trains anyone's model. Not ours, not a vendor's. Patient data doesn't go near consumer AI tools, full stop.

We're humans using technology to build, not the other way around. We'd like to keep it that way.

So here's our promise: we won't take our hands off the wheel. We pledge not to use AI to replace our judgment, but to augment it.
