Medical billing

We take the billing off your front office and run it as a cycle: claims out clean, denials worked rather than written off, and cash followed until it lands.

What it covers

  • Charge entry and claim scrubbing before anything is submitted
  • Electronic claim submission to every payer you are enrolled with
  • Denial management: worked, appealed, and traced to a root cause
  • Payment posting and reconciliation against remittances
  • Accounts receivable follow-up on anything ageing
  • Patient statements and billing questions handled by a person

How it works

Parallel setup

We get payer access, learn your systems, and map your current cycle while your existing process keeps running untouched.

Staged cutover

New claims route through us while we work down the existing A/R backlog. Nothing falls between the two processes.

Steady state

Full cycle running, first monthly report delivered, and a standing call to review the numbers with your office manager.

Who it is for

Independent practices and specialty groups losing revenue to denied claims, slow submission, or a front desk that is doing billing between patients.

Questions we get

Do you work inside our existing practice management system?

Yes. We work in the system you already run rather than asking you to migrate. Getting payer access and learning your setup is the first stage, and it happens while your current process keeps running.

What does outsourced medical billing cost?

There is no public price list. Billing is scoped per practice, because the work depends on your specialty, your volume and your payer mix. Tell us those three things through the contact form and we will quote against them.

What happens to the claims already sitting in our A/R?

We work the existing backlog down while new claims route through us. The two run in parallel during cutover, so nothing falls between the old process and the new one.
